Bee Happy Recruitment are seeking a Temporary chef for a fantastic cafe in central Chichester. this position is available for up to 30 hours per week being mainly week days with the occasional availability for the weekend if the permanent chef requires a day off.
this cover is required throughout spring and summer months as this is their busiest time.

```Duties```
- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets the highest standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menus
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with meal preparation for special events or catering orders
```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
