**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide strategic leadership, overseeing all aspects of operations, sales, and supply chain.
- Drive business growth through innovative solutions, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and client satisfaction in the luxury sector.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive, results-driven culture.
- Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with the company's vision.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including luxury cruise lines, private yacht operators, and airport hospitality providers.
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles. (within the food and beverage or luxury hospitality sectors would be advantageous but not a necessity)
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive profitability.
- Experience managing operations, supply chains, and teams in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to lead through change and foster innovation.
