This position would suit a hands on, passionate individual looking to produce exceptional service for the hotels guests, working in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently delivered to guests.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant position or a related role would be desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
